About the role
- Payroll Management: End to end payroll management and execution
- Validation, cleaning, and processing of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, leave, allowances, deductions, and ensure all updates are captured accurately
- Support audits and reporting requirements by preparing payroll summaries, reconciliations, and documentation as needed
- Employee Engagement & Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement
- Assist with the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and supporting onboarding activities
- Vendor management
- Provide general HR administrative and ad-hoc support across the team where required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-4 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
