About the role

  • Payroll Management: End to end payroll management and execution
  • Validation, cleaning, and processing of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, leave, allowances, deductions, and ensure all updates are captured accurately
  • Support audits and reporting requirements by preparing payroll summaries, reconciliations, and documentation as needed
  • Employee Engagement & Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement
  • Assist with the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and supporting onboarding activities
  • Vendor management
  • Provide general HR administrative and ad-hoc support across the team where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-4 years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
