• Machine wipe and build
• Brief Quality Assurance testing
• Updating Cherwell CMDB records
• Managing project support tickets
• Engaging with users of varying levels of computer literacy and ensuring the retrieval of existing PCs
• Reporting and collaboration with other team members, BAU, and business stakeholders
• Preparing retired PCs for disposal
• Regional Depot Support: Two team members will be traveling to regional depots to: Swap machines and provide on-site user support
• Partially progress the wipe and build of received machines, where feasible
