About the role

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable data architectures that support business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Have expertise in data modeling, cloud data platforms, ETL pipelines, and data governance.
  • Define and implement data models (relational, NoSQL, data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouses).
  • Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution for large-scale datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to enable advanced analytics and AI/ML workflows.
  • Oversee data ingestion processes to ensure consistency across data flows.
  • Implement data security and confidentiality policies in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure data quality and governance, including Master Data Management solutions.
  • Drive innovation by integrating advanced approaches such as Machine Learning and statistical analysis.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong experience in data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud.
  • Knowledge of an architecture framework.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team spirit and leadership mindset, with the capability to work under pressure and define the priorities.
  • Fluency in French and in English.
