About the role
- Support continuous improvement of digital user experience across multiple channels.
- Define interactivity and design solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Translate research and analytics insights into concepts and solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive vision and strategy.
- Champion user-centric design, ensuring their needs inform all solutions.
- Rapidly sketch, prototype, and refine interactions and components.
- Contribute to the design system and best practices within the UX community.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
Requirements
- Experienced in designing consumer-focused digital projects with strong UX principles.
- Skilled in interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with HTML/CSS for interactive prototypes.
- Strong communicator, able to facilitate workshops and present ideas effectively.
- Holds a BA in Graphic Design or related field with a current portfolio showcasing online design expertise.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about usability and accessibility.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and adopting new technologies.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and design innovation.
