About the role
- lead transformation projects end-to-end, combining program management, business design and human-centric change
- define operating models, governance, process flows and transformation roadmaps
- guide clients through change by combining communication, behavioural engagement and structured adoption planning
- present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions
- drive stakeholder alignment across departments and leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain transformation, digital procurement programs, P2P/S2P optimisation, sourcing excellence, digital SCM initiatives, shared services or consulting
- Practical experience in project management
- Strong understanding of procurement operating models, governance, buying channels, compliance, risk, supplier lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with procurement and/or SCM systems (SAP MM/Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement or similar)
- Proven track record of leading workstreams or end-to-end implementations (process, people, training, governance)
- Ability to translate procurement requirements into clear transformation recommendations and roadmaps
- Experience collaborating with category managers, finance controllers, operational buyers, shared services teams and IT
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience in change management (organizational readiness, role changes, communications, adoption planning)
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments
- English is a must, German is a plus.
