About the role
- Support in the operational implementation of strategy and strategic objectives
- Support in planning, organizing and executing internal events and meetings
- Optimize internal processes with your own creative ideas
- Independently support office management with organizational and administrative tasks
- Work solution-oriented within the team and across departmental boundaries
- Maximum 20 hours per week; during semester breaks, full-time work is welcome
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Communications & Event Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of study
- Structured and analytical way of working, combined with a high degree of independence, dedication and reliability
- Strong communication skills, empathetic manner and service orientation
- Good MS Office skills and a quick grasp of digital tools
- Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
- A valid enrollment certificate covering the entire assignment period
