About the role

  • As a Data Analyst (m/f/d) Production & Supply Chain, you will play a key role in the data-driven optimization of our production and supply chain processes
  • Specifically, you will analyze KPIs across the entire value chain and prepare them for reporting and decision-making
  • You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Qlik, based on data from SAP and, prospectively, from our MES system (PAS‑X)
  • You will also be responsible for capturing and analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using Splunk
  • You will implement and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to continuously monitor and improve process stability
  • In doing so, you will identify optimization opportunities, derive measures to increase efficiency in production and material flow, and implement these measures
  • You will ensure consistent data flows and interfaces between SAP, MES and analytics tools and actively support the implementation of new analytics and automation solutions
  • In addition, you will train business units in the use of reporting, analytics and SPC tools, thereby making a decisive contribution to data-driven decision-making across the company

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in data analysis, ideally in production and supply chain environments within the medical device, pharmaceutical or chemical industries
  • Knowledge of Qlik and SAP (PP/MM advantageous); experience with Splunk for OEE capture desirable
  • Understanding of MES systems (PAS‑X advantageous) and digital manufacturing processes
  • Experience with SPC methods and statistical analysis of process data
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent German and English language skills
