About the role
- Prepare and organize the implementation of the construction project
- Manage and coordinate single-trade or multi-trade site supervisors
- Oversee subcontracting and address technical and contractual deviations with subcontractors and clients
- Apply and enforce nuclear safety and security rules on site
- Report to the Project Manager and maintain client relations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in roles such as construction manager, site manager, or works supervisor within the nuclear sector
- Proficient in installation/assembly activities and familiar with the quality rules and processes specific to the nuclear field
- Strong understanding of contractual aspects of client/supplier relationships and core nuclear site safety and security requirements
- Excellent team-management and coordination skills across diverse trades
