About the role
- Develop lifting plans and technical dossiers for complex handling operations
- Specify and size appropriate handling equipment (overhead cranes, hoists, specialized handling equipment)
- Supervise on-site lifting operations, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations and coordination with site teams
Requirements
- Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical engineering, strength of materials, or structural analysis
- Senior profiles: 10 years' experience in the nuclear sector (design, decommissioning)
- Junior profiles: degree/training in mechanical engineering / strength of materials / structural analysis
- Strong knowledge of nuclear standards and regulations (RCC-M, lifting codes)
- Availability for occasional travel to decommissioning nuclear power plants
