About the role
- In your multifaceted role in the Customer Service department for Pharmaceutical Ingredients, you will act as the primary point of contact for our national and international customers.
- Preparing and following up on quotations as well as handling price calculations in coordination with Marketing and Sales.
- Coordinating inquiries and orders with all operational departments (Production, Sales, Quality, Precious Metals Trading).
- Independently processing orders in SAP (including precious metals hedging) and planning and managing transportation.
- Internal and external coordination of contractual matters, including independently drafting and creating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, and a strong general technical understanding
- Good command of English and German and a customer-oriented manner in an international environment
- Experience working with traders and distributors
- Good knowledge of export controls
- Successful completion of air security training
- Reliable individual with a high degree of accuracy who can work independently and successfully within a team
