About the role
- As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the HR Legal & Projects team, you will work closely with our experts in employment law and human resources.
- In this role you will help carry out the administrative execution of recurring work processes.
- You will independently conduct research and prepare the results.
- During project assignments you will actively support the analysis, design and implementation of HR projects.
- Start on April 1, 2026 and gain practical experience that complements your theoretical knowledge – by arrangement up to 20 hours per week during the semester, and beyond that during semester breaks.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Law or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Employment Law or Human Resources
- Confident user of Office 365
- Affinity for IT systems and strong logical reasoning skills
- Good written and spoken German
- Structured, accurate and independent working style, and ability to work in a team
- Valid certificate of enrollment covering the entire assignment period
