About the role

  • Part of the HR Business Partnering team to provide secretarial and administrative support for the HR Function
  • Take charge of key projects, delivering well-rounded solutions in elevating the employee experience throughout their life-cycle's processes
  • Support HRBP with day-to-day activities of the HR Function
  • Oversee the end-to-end recognition experience and ensure alignment with standard operating procedures
  • Generate and compile standard reports for HRBP
  • Support the logistics and execution of internal company events
  • Curate internal email communications to deliver company initiatives
  • Create engaging social media content to drive employer branding
  • Support HRBP around policy review for benefits and information updates
  • Perform general HR customer service for internal clients
  • Support HRBP in execution of Company’s employee cyclical plan
  • Implement simplification of processes within HR function and support ad-hoc tasks within the team

Requirements

  • Able to commit minimum of 6 months internship duration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
  • Degree holder of any field (plus points if you have/are pursuing a degree in business analytics, PR, communications, or international business management)
  • Proficiency in graphic/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut etc.)
