About the role
- Lead the design development and architecture of customer journeys
- Build and configure multistep customer journeys in AJO across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
- Implement orchestration rules, decision management, and audience targeting logic
- Design scalable reusable journey components and frameworks aligned with AJO capabilities
- Create high-level journey blueprints supporting Next-Best-Action NBA logic and personalization
- Manage data ingestion, schema creation and audience segmentation in AEP
- Conduct AB testing and multi-variant testing for journey improvements
- Mentor junior developers and provide best practices for AJO implementation
Requirements
- 5 years in marketing technology
- 2 years hands-on with AJO
- Strong knowledge of AJO AEP RTCDP
- Proficiency in JavaScript JSON REST APIs familiarity with HTML CSS
- Adobe Certified Expert AJO or certifications in Experience Design or Marketing Technology
