About the role
- Support multiple projects and initiatives under Contact Center Desktop Fleet
- Work closely with all stakeholders to successfully steer project outcomes
- Work with the squad to deliver solutions for several technological initiatives
- Drive efficient planning and execution
- Monitor team performance through the Squads metrics dashboard
- Provide transparency to Fleet Delivery Lead regarding risks, blockers, and impediments
Requirements
- At least 7 or more years of experience as Scrum Master
- Project management experience with successful delivery experience in the Financial Services domain
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Proficiency facilitating Squad/Scrum meetings
- Experience helping Agile teams establish and adhere to norms and practices
- Ability to collaborate with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy
- A dedication to cross-function collaboration and communication
