About the role

  • Develop and implement high-quality Android applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Work with outside data sources and API's
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Android, TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API development
  • Strong understanding of Node.js and REST principles
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of design principles for scalable applications
  • Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Familiarity with automation and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage in technical discussions
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
  • Passion for writing clean, testable, readable, and maintainable code
  • Experience in decomposing complex business problems into scalable solutions
  • Good to Have Experience with AWS deployment architecture
