About the role

  • Together with the team, you develop the global product and brand strategy and translate it into a clear marketing plan
  • You turn ideas into concrete actions and successfully implement them in coordination with the countries
  • You bring new products to market: from planning to launch you manage all activities — aligned with the regulatory approval strategy and the requirements of the individual countries
  • You use trend and competitor analyses to shape a compelling value proposition and strong positioning for our products
  • In close collaboration with Sales, you identify customer needs and derive inputs for product development and lifecycle measures
  • For you, relationships are more than networking: you build trust, maintain contacts with customers, subject-matter experts and opinion leaders, and thereby stay close to the market

  • At least five years' experience in brand or product management, preferably in medical technology or a related field
  • Ideally, experience in Sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong self-initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to approach complex topics in a solution-oriented and strategic manner
Benefits
  • Strong compensation package — attractive base salary plus bonus and support for private pension provision
  • Additional financial benefits — support for private pension provision, a life-phase account for paid leave (e.g., sabbatical, early retirement), discounts at many (online) shops, and bicycle leasing
  • Modern working-time arrangements — time autonomy (contractual working time 42.5 hours per week), focus on results-oriented work, and 1–2 days per week of remote work
  • Regular time off — 30 days of annual leave plus up to 6 additional days off (company closures on bridge days and between the years), and special leave for particular occasions
  • Health & well-being — company medical service with comprehensive preventive check-ups, social counseling, and an on-site staff canteen with freshly prepared meals daily
  • Sustainability and social commitment — sustainability as part of the corporate strategy and targeted support for initiatives in education, family and science through the company's own foundations
