About the role

  • Responsible for actively acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships both domestically and internationally
  • Analyze market potential, develop sales strategies and drive their successful implementation
  • Present our products and services during customer visits, trade shows and events
  • High willingness to travel to represent the company directly at customer sites and to build long-term personal relationships
  • Prepare quotations and presentations, and maintain CRM systems

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in sales or customer support
  • Experience in sales or key account management – ideally in the precious metals sector or a similar industry
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and a confident command of MS Office and SAP
  • Strong service and customer orientation, negotiation skills and a high degree of self‑initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
