About the role

  • You bring joy back into the lives of patients — because thanks to you our products are successfully and safely brought to market through targeted marketing activities
  • In this global interface role, you lead teams of product experts for Infection, Stabilisation & Fixation, and Resorbables
  • You coordinate product-related market analyses such as competitor, customer and demand analyses as well as target-group-oriented needs and trend analyses, and derive strategic actions from them
  • In close collaboration with the sales organizations in individual countries, you identify commercialization opportunities to strengthen customer access, improve customer retention and expand market share

Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences or business administration (preferably focused on marketing or sales), health management, or a comparable field
  • At least three years of leadership experience in brand or product management with an international scope, ideally in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry
  • High level of initiative, strong communication skills, a solution-oriented working style and strategic thinking
  • Business-fluent German and English and proficiency in common user applications
