About the role
- Support the development of EHS and technical safety, vision, goals and programs
- Budget responsibility for the site EHS Department
- Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an EHS Management System according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Conduct site wide training for EHS & Quality
- Understanding of Company Quality Mission and specific laboratory QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventative actions.
- Support and actively participate in Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar company programs.
- Assures that documented methods are always followed.
- Create training plan and schedule for all personnel in all required methods including required QC/ QA.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field or relevant experience
- 5-years’experience in related industry and production/manufacturing
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, permit layout templates are required), Word, Outlook
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, must be a self-starter
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
