About the role
- Partner with the client’s leadership team to drive the successful delivery of strategic programs within the Life Sciences domain
- Implement Agile practices at scale and coach client teams
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and program execution
- Assess client’s current delivery model and recommend Agile transformation strategies
- Advise on best practices for scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) within regulated environments
- Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives
- Facilitate program-level ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives)
- Act as a liaison between client executives, business units, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 8+ years in program/project management, with at least 3 years in Agile environments
- Prior consulting experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
