About the role
- Bridge Finance/Risk, Compliance, and Technology to design, evolve, and control the banks' regulatory reporting capabilities
- Translate regulatory obligations into clear business and data requirements
- Steward the end-to-end change lifecycle
- Help industrialize reporting processes with robust data quality controls and auditability
- Elicit, document, and maintain business/data requirements for Swiss regulatory reports, large exposures, and liquidity reporting
- Define data sourcing, lineage, and transformation logic from core banking to the reporting layer
- Own the backlog for regulatory reporting changes
- Partner with engineering teams to design target solutions and UAT plans
- Drive test design and execution with emphasis on explainability and audit trails
- Act as a trusted partner to the business teams ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and operational readiness
Requirements
- Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or IT
- 6+ years of experience in banking/wealth management with regulatory reporting BA responsibilities in Switzerland or the EU
- Proven track record writing user stories, test scenarios, and UAT scripts
- Experience in Agile/Iterative delivery with JIRA/Confluence (or similar)
- Hands-on with SQL and data profiling
- Comfortable with data models, lineage, and reconciliation
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills in English and French
