About the role

  • Responsible for projects with public impact — from planning through implementation to commercial management.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand business.
  • Define project plans in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements of public-sector clients.
  • Develop an appropriate resource model, including international team composition.
  • Lead distributed, multicultural teams and support talent development across multiple locations.
  • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to promote I&D (Innovation & Development) portfolios, assets and accelerators, and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience leading projects with up to 20 staff members — both locally and globally — in the public sector.
  • Experience collaborating with public clients, authorities or institutions.
  • Ability to lead functional and technical teams and support the resolution of challenges.
  • Proven track record delivering on-premise projects in the public sector using structured and agile methods.
  • Familiarity with risk, issue and dependency analysis and a clear sense of when to escalate topics.
  • Ability to balance differing stakeholder interests and develop viable solutions.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English.
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style.
