About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient back-end systems and APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a backend developer role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, practices, and procedures for complex assignments
- Proficiency in .NET C#
- Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DocumentDB etc.)
- Familiarity with API tools such as Postman or similar
- Understanding of behaviour-driven development (BDD) testing and test automation techniques
- Experience with version control in Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Upper-Intermediate English
