About the role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules (Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Compliance).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure auto-rostering and labour optimization features.
- Integrate Legion with HRIS, payroll, and biometric attendance systems.
- Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Legion WFM or similar platforms (e.g., UKG, Kronos, Workday).
- Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, labor compliance, and optimization.
- Experience with SaaS/cloud-based WFM solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
