About the role

  • Provide Level 2 & 3 support for VMware and OpenShift environments (hardware, hypervisor layers, and incidents).
  • Ensure resource availability (CPU, RAM, Storage) and resolve critical issues with vendors.
  • Act as a technical reference for ongoing projects and support the integration of new platforms.
  • Participate in the configuration and onboarding of new virtualization systems (VM creation, VMware setup, etc.).
  • Contribute to automation efforts and validate test/project specifications.
  • Monitor platform performance and assist in security connections and system supervision.
  • Ensure proper documentation and process tracking for all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with expertise in virtualization and operating systems.
  • Expertise in VMware Virtualization (7.xx, 8.xx) and OpenShift (RedHat).
  • Experience with hardware integration (Cisco UCS, PureStorage, NetApp).
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, Zabbix, VROPS, NSX-T, Docker, Ansible, and VRA/VRO tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • French is a plus.
