About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Probate/Mental Health Division
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for a team of 2 Court Operations Supervisors, 5 professional staff and approximately 14 staff
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics
  • Develop and implement case management principles and operational strategies
  • Collaborate with judicial officers, justice agency partners, and other court divisions
  • Serve as a point of contact for Self-Represented Litigants and the public
  • Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of experience in a court/legal environment, or other fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Associate’s Degree + Three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience in a court or other legal environment such as processing various case types, filing and recordkeeping, completing court administrative duties.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
