About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a defined territory and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and services
- Build executive relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain organizations
- Conduct consultative discovery to uncover operational challenges and business objectives
- Present compelling business cases focused on ROI and measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
- Develop territory and account plans that drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth
- Represent Minitab at customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of successful B2B software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise application software sales
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding quota
- Experience managing opportunities of $25K+ ACV
- Strong prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience selling subscription-based software and recurring revenue solutions
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Ability to travel 20–35%
