About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the executive and senior leadership teams to define company-wide strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans with clear commercial KPIs and accountability
- Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional initiatives including product migrations, new product launches, pricing and packaging transformations, go-to-market motions, and client expansion programs that drive revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and long-term client relationships
- Build and operate a disciplined initiative-management framework, including business cases, milestones, RACI, risk management, and executive-level reporting cadences
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to functional leaders across the organization; align teams around shared goals and remove organizational barriers to execution
- Develop and present executive-level materials, including strategy reviews, quarterly business reviews, and financial flash reporting
- Lead market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, evaluate build/buy/partner decisions, and inform capital allocation
- Inspire, coach, and develop a small team of strategic program leaders; cultivate a culture of accountability, urgency, and outcome-driven execution
- Champion change management across the organization, ensuring strategies become operating reality, not just plans on a page
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or operational leadership, including 5+ years leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services company
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes: revenue growth, margin expansion, market share gains, or successful M&A integration, required
- Experience operating in a private-equity-backed or high-growth environment, preferred
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior and cross-functional leaders and teams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable building business cases, financial models, and operating plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex strategy into clear, compelling narratives
- Servant-leader mindset: able to inspire teams without direct authority and build followership across the organization
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational rigor, driving initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry, required
