About the role

  • As the Account Executive, Protection, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients to increase revenue and client retention.
  • You will be communicating the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • You will prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offerings.
  • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements: You will speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Sales Enablement Tool experience preferred; Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety sales processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills: You must have strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure.
