About the role

  • Be the company's initial point of contact for prospective customers
  • Prospect, qualify, generate interest, and develop accounts, contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (ideal customer profile, needs, segment), ensuring only genuine opportunities progress through the funnel
  • Handle initial objections strategically, empathetically, and in a structured manner
  • Perform follow-ups and maintain an active outreach cadence across multiple channels: email, phone, WhatsApp, Teams
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads, connecting potential customers with the sales team
  • Record and keep all lead interactions up to date in the CRM
  • Handover to the Hunter (sales executive) with comprehensive information to build trust and ensure continuity in the relationship with the potential client
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, sales processes, and sales messaging, increasing target audience engagement with our product
  • Know the product, its differentiators, features, and benefits to communicate clearly and create value in interactions with leads
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and market conditions to improve prospecting accuracy
  • Organize your daily workflow to meet targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in active prospecting, pre-sales, or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a consultative approach
  • Organization, discipline, and autonomy to manage your own pipeline and daily routine
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the commercial/sales area
  • Creativity to develop new outreach and communication approaches to reach and engage leads
  • Ability to convey value and benefits clearly, guiding conversations with intelligent questions to identify pains and needs, properly qualify leads, and overcome objections
  • Ease working in a team and discipline to operate in a hybrid work model
  • Experience with CRM tools and/or sales automation platforms is a plus
  • Must reside in São Paulo (SP).
