Business Process Analyst, 4-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support mapping of end-to-end processes across the customer lifecycle
- Develop structured documentation (stages, activities, inputs/outputs, milestones)
- Support process redesign by identifying gaps and improving workflows
- Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams into clear, standardized artifacts
- Maintain and update the lifecycle playbook
- Ensure documentation is aligned with operational needs and supports scalability and adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote understanding and adherence to defined processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business process mapping and process documentation, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and structure complex workflows in a clear and logical manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and in teams.
- Health & Safety-conscious individual.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
