About the role

  • Effectively writes, curates, edits, and produces timely and compelling content, in various formats (video, audio, web, email).
  • Creates, plans, and manages Minerva University’s content calendar across all channels.
  • Works with various leaders and student groups to gather accurate information and create new content for all marketing channels.
  • Collaborates across the Marketing and Enrollment teams to find ways to utilize all created content.
  • Manage work study and student interns to design and create relevant and timely content for marketing channels.
  • Manage external profiles on college search sites such as College Board and Niche.
  • Manage social media platforms for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design and implement a social media engagement strategy across channels.
  • Serve as primary manager of the social media management platform (Hootsuite).
  • Develop and execute a social media ambassador program.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns and budget through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc.
  • Monitor performance and spend daily to maximize ad performance.
  • Adjust ad copy and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manages marketing collateral and website content updates.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of new Slate CRM.
  • Represent Minerva University at key events in home region or online.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing or related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing a team of content professionals.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
