About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop solutions and agents based on large language models (LLMs) for integration into the company's products, processes, and services;
Perform fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models;
Design and implement data pipelines for model training and evaluation, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation;
Integrate generative AI models with corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows;
Explore and apply RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), embeddings, and hybrid architectures;
Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics;
Propose continuous improvements to the systems;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cognitive Computing (preferred);
Knowledge of language models, including their limitations and capabilities;
Proficiency in Python;
Familiarity with the AI model lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring;
Proficiency with version control tools;
Strong communication skills to explain technical approaches to non-technical audiences;
