About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a generalist SAP functional analyst, supporting processes and requests in modules such as SuccessFactors (EC/HCM), FI/CO, MM, SD and/or S/4HANA as needed;
Manage and monitor tickets (incidents and enhancements), ensuring SLAs and quality of deliveries;
Serve as a bridge between business areas and technical teams (internal and external consultancies), translating business requirements into technical solutions;
Elicit functional requirements, map processes and propose system solutions aligned with business needs;
Participate in technical analyses of integrations (APIs, middleware/PI-PO/CPI), interfaces, and automations;
Execute functional tests, validate deliverables, and support deployments/configurations in environments;
Document processes, solutions and runbooks; propose continuous improvements;
Support prioritization of requests together with business and IT areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in IT, Engineering or related fields);
Postgraduate degree / MBA in related areas is a plus;
3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP functional analyst with a generalist scope (support across more than one module);
Practical technical knowledge: integrations (APIs/ESB/CPI/PO), SQL, data analysis, and an understanding of SAP technical architecture; basic ABAP knowledge is an advantage;
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus but not mandatory;
Familiarity with S/4HANA environments and migration/integration processes is desirable;
Experience with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow or similar);
Proactive mindset, sense of ownership, strong analytical and prioritization skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player;
English (intermediate level) is a plus.
