About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end-user (microcomputer/PC) and technical support;
- Provide user technical support and training; prepare technical documentation;
- Analyze service history and recurring issues, proposing improvements to the environment;
- Ensure processes are in compliance;
- Coordinate with third-party support vendors to resolve related issues;
- Provide Infrastructure support, Level I.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Network Management and/or related fields;
- Knowledge of Delphi and SQL Server;
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure and security;
- English - Advanced level (required);
- Advantage: Spanish.
