About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), handling requests related to hiring/onboarding, benefits, compensation and employee master data management;
- Manage and track tickets (incidents and enhancements), ensuring SLA compliance and quality of deliveries;
- Act as the focal point between business areas (HR) and external consultancies, ensuring correct understanding and execution of requests;
- Support the gathering of functional requirements and the definition of system solutions aligned with the business;
- Propose continuous improvements to HR processes supported by SAP EC;
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing requests in coordination with business areas;
- Ensure functional documentation of processes and implemented solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization or MBA in a technology-related field;
- 3–4 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), in a functional/technical capacity;
- Experience with HR processes such as hiring/onboarding, benefits, payroll and compensation;
- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset;
- Analytical profile with good organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules.
