Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
English - Level: Basic;
Spanish - Level: Basic;
**Solid experience with the Insider platform:**
Management and optimization of **workflows, triggers and automations;**
Implementation and maintenance of **customer journeys** and **relationship flows;**
Operation of **multichannel** campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS and WebPush);
Execution of **A/B tests** and continuous performance optimization;
Creation and validation of **audience segmentations** and list quality;
Process documentation and continuous operational improvement.
**Tools and Technologies**
**Insider (required / strong differential);**
CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, RD Station, Braze, Adobe Campaign – differential);
Google Analytics / GA4;
BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI);
Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and validation;
Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS for email marketing;**
Basic SQL knowledge (desirable).
