About the role
- Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), handling requests related to new hires/onboarding, benefits, compensation and employee master data management;
- Manage and track tickets (incidents and enhancements), ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality;
- Act as the focal point between business areas (HR) and external consultants, ensuring correct understanding and execution of requests;
- Support the gathering of functional requirements and the definition of system solutions aligned with the business;
- Propose continuous improvements to HR processes supported by SAP EC;
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing requests with business areas;
- Ensure functional documentation of implemented processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Pursuing a specialization or MBA in a technology-related field;
- 3–4 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), with functional/technical involvement;
- Experience in HR processes such as hiring/onboarding, benefits, payroll and compensation;
- Proactivity, sense of ownership and focus on problem solving;
- Analytical profile with strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules.
