About the role

  • Personal Data Mapping: Support processes for identifying, classifying, and inventorying personal data across systems and corporate databases;
  • Privacy Incident Management: Assist in the analysis, response, and reporting of incidents involving personal data;
  • Risk Assessments (DPIA/LIA): Participate in privacy impact assessments, review risks, and propose mitigation actions;
  • Consent and Data Subject Rights Management: Support fulfillment of data subject requests (access, correction, deletion, etc.) in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Access Management Support: Contribute to periodic access reviews for sensitive data, supporting least-privilege initiatives and segregation of duties;
  • Audit and Compliance Support: Respond to internal and external audit requests, providing evidence and reports related to data protection;
  • Awareness and Training: Assist in creating and disseminating privacy and data security awareness materials for employees;
  • Contract Review and Third-Party Assessments: Help analyze contract clauses related to data protection and support vendor due diligence processes;
  • Data Governance Support: Participate in initiatives to improve data quality, ensuring alignment with data protection policies.

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable regulations;
  • Experience with privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc, Privacy Tool, etc.) – a plus;
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on approach;
  • Familiarity with access management and data governance concepts;
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data integrity, quality, and performance;
  • Desirable certifications such as EXIN DPO, CDPO, CIPP/E, ISO 27701, or similar;
  • Prior experience handling data or privacy incidents;
  • Basic knowledge of information security (e.g., ISO 27001, data protection controls, etc.);
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
