About the role

  • Monitor systems proactively, analyzing metrics, logs and traces to identify and anticipate potential issues;
  • Support incident response by collaborating with the team to diagnose and resolve problems in production environments, focusing on reducing mean time to recovery (MTTR);
  • Use SQL to perform queries, track data and identify inconsistencies that aid accurate incident diagnosis;
  • Assist in automating manual and repetitive tasks, contributing to the creation and maintenance of scripts and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Document incidents, applied solutions and operational procedures in our knowledge base, ensuring information sharing;
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability practices from the early stages of projects;
  • Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts to provision and manage infrastructure in an automated way.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or graduated in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related Technology fields;
  • Well-developed programming logic and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts;
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write queries (SELECT, JOINs, etc.);
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems;
  • Analytical ability for diagnosing and resolving problems;
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, resilience under pressure and, above all, a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge, even at an academic level, of programming languages such as Delphi, C# or Python;
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana);
  • Knowledge of other databases such as PostgreSQL or Neo4J;
  • Experience, even if academic, with API testing (Postman);
  • English or Spanish - Level: Basic.
