About the role

  • Develop solutions and agents based on large language models (LLMs) for application in the company's products, processes, and services;
  • Perform fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models;
  • Design and implement data pipelines for model training and evaluation, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation;
  • Integrate generative AI models into enterprise systems, APIs, and business workflows to enable automation and value generation;
  • Explore and apply RAG techniques, embeddings, and hybrid architectures when necessary;
  • Explore and apply prompt engineering techniques;
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics;
  • Propose continuous improvements to systems, pursuing innovations and development best practices;
  • Collaborate with development, data, and product teams to ensure robust, secure solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Document processes, experiments, and best practices, contributing to the team's technical knowledge and evolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cognitive Computing (preferred);
  • Knowledge of language models, including their capabilities and limitations;
  • Proficiency in Python;
  • Familiarity with the ML model lifecycle: from development through deployment and monitoring;
  • Proficiency with version control tools;
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical approaches to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
