About the role

  • Act as the initial point of contact for analysis and diagnosis of support tickets, understanding users' requests;
  • Analyze and interpret application logs to identify root causes of issues, replicating scenarios in staging/test environments;
  • Use SQL to run queries, trace data and identify inconsistencies that support accurate incident diagnosis;
  • Browse and debug source code to understand application flow and help identify faults, with a focus on analysis rather than development;
  • Document applied solutions in our knowledge base, ensuring information sharing and speeding up future resolutions;
  • Execute tests on APIs and Web Services using tools such as Postman, ensuring correct communication between systems;
  • Collaborate in prioritizing tickets based on business impact, developing a critical view of company processes;
  • Knowledge of code versioning (Git);
  • Work as part of a team, seeking support from more experienced analysts and sharing learnings.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related Technology fields;
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write queries (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, etc.);
  • Well-developed programming logic and basic understanding of object-oriented programming;
  • Analytical capacity for diagnosis and problem resolution;
  • Good communication, proactivity and willingness to learn;
  • Desired: Knowledge of programming languages such as Delphi and C#;
  • Desired: Knowledge of Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL);
  • Desired: Experience, even academic, with API testing tools;
  • Desired: Proficiency in using AI tools (Cursor, Lovable etc.) for development;
  • Desired: English or Spanish - Level: Basic.
