About the role

  • Participate in developing solutions and agents based on large language models (LLMs) for application in the company’s products, processes, and services;
  • Perform fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models;
  • Implement data pipelines for model training and evaluation, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation;
  • Support the integration of generative AI models into corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows, promoting automation and value generation;
  • Explore and apply RAG, embeddings, and hybrid architectures when required;
  • Explore and apply prompt engineering techniques;
  • Implement continuous improvements in systems, seeking innovations and best development practices;
  • Work with development, data, and product teams to ensure robust, secure solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Document processes, experiments, and best practices, contributing to the technical knowledge growth in the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or master’s in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cognitive Computing in progress (desirable);
  • Basic knowledge of language models;
  • Proficiency in Python;
  • Familiarity with the AI model lifecycle: from development to deployment and monitoring;
  • Basic knowledge of version control tools;
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and continuous learning.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience developing REST APIs in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.);
  • Knowledge of agent development platforms: N8N, Make, Gumloop, Zapier;
  • Knowledge of web applications, integrations, APIs, and web services;
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp integrations;
  • Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and on-premises environments;
  • 1–2 years of experience working on AI projects applied to real-world use cases (not limited to generative AI);
  • Basic knowledge of Docker container orchestration;
  • English — advanced level.
