About the role

  • Lead projects and sustainment of SAP environments and legacy systems, ensuring performance and availability;
  • Possess technical knowledge of SAP solutions at the programming, architecture and functionality levels;
  • Coordinate the implementation, evolution and support of SAP modules for business areas such as: Purchasing/Supply (MM), Commercial/Sales (SD), Finance (FI/CO), People & Management (HCM/SuccessFactors) and Master Data Management (Customer/Vendor/Materials); Experience required in at least two SAP implementations;
  • Ensure governance of change, incident and improvement processes in SAP systems and other legacy systems;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (analysts, consultants and partners), promoting collaboration, development and performance; Experience using tools for professional development, such as feedback and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Track the progress of tickets (incidents & improvements) submitted by business areas to the SAP Systems team, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and technical quality of support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields;
  • Preferred: MBA in Project Management and/or Technology Management;
  • Technical knowledge of SAP solutions, ECC and S/4HANA versions at the programming, architecture and functionality levels;
  • Technical/Functional knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD/MM): ability to translate business needs into technical specifications (ABAP) and understand databases/tables;
  • Integration: knowledge of SAP integrations (interfaces) and use of CDS Views in S/4HANA;
  • Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies: ASAP and ACTIVATE;
  • Intermediate knowledge (analysis and diagnostic level) of SAP Basis administration;
  • English - Advanced level;
  • Spanish - Intermediate level.
