About the role
- Act as a reference in the management of multiple high-impact strategic projects, ensuring efficient execution and measurable financial (ROI) and strategic (OKRs) returns;
- Lead transformational changes in processes and tools across the origination chain, promoting innovation and operational excellence;
- Act as a facilitator of strategic solutions, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels (from cattle buyers and field teams to senior management) to thoroughly investigate the problem to be solved;
- Advocate best management (agile and traditional) and product development practices, fostering an innovative environment;
- Ensure effective communication and act as an active agent of transformation, aligning initiatives with the company’s strategic vision;
- Lead the Product Discovery process for new demands, investigating the business problem with stakeholders (Buyers, Managers, Logistics) before defining the solution scope;
- Define and manage the Livestock Products/Solutions Roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact (OKRs), effort and strategic alignment;
- Analyze adoption and usage (Product Analytics) of implemented solutions (e.g., purchasing apps, logistics systems), collecting continuous feedback to guide the improvement backlog;
- Oversee multidisciplinary projects (Latin America and Australia), ensuring execution according to plan, mitigating risks and proposing corrective actions;
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, preparing and presenting executive reports, one-page status updates and results presentations for all levels (operational to C-level);
- Map "as-is" and "to-be" processes during project implementation, proposing and tracking necessary business changes;
- Identify improvement opportunities and introduce market best practices to origination, impacting people’s routines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Product Management and/or relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CSPO, PSPO or equivalents;
- Language: Advanced English and Advanced Spanish;
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies (Traditional and Agile);
- Proven experience in Product Discovery methodologies, such as user interviews, Design Thinking and defining Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD);
- Strong ability to define and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to connect deliveries to key business outcomes;
- Knowledge of Product Analytics, using usage data to understand user behavior (e.g., cattle buyers, logistics personnel), generate insights and prioritize the roadmap;
- Strategic vision to prioritize projects with financial return, with direct focus on Cattle Purchasing;
- Negotiation skills to defend best practices with executive leadership;
- Experience managing multiple projects/products simultaneously;
- Preferred (Differential): Knowledge of the cattle origination chain (cattle market, live animal logistics, etc.);
- Preferred (Differential): Experience with market products such as SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) / CRM (e.g., Salesforce) applied to supplier (rancher) management.
