About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design complex full-stack solutions, integrate systems, and select technologies to mitigate risks.
- Model corporate workflows, orchestrate critical flows, and structure data architecture and observability.
- Implement DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines, ensure compliance, and apply strategic UX to complex interfaces.
- Define global testing strategies (contract, performance, security) and coordinate controlled deployments.
- Lead governance and implementation of AI solutions (RAG, autonomous agents) integrated with AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Mentor the technical team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in scalable full-stack application architecture.
- Experience with system integration and definition of software architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience in data governance, process automation, and observability.
- Experience with cloud solutions, especially AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to development, including RAG architectures and autonomous agents.
- Technical leadership skills, mentoring experience, and strategic decision-making ability.
- English reading proficiency for technical documentation.
