About the role

  • Build cross-platform desktop applications for healthcare environments using Electron.js and Angular (v12+)
  • Develop scalable, secure desktop apps integrated with RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Design and implement intuitive UIs for complex healthcare workflows and medical device interfaces
  • Optimize desktop app performance, memory usage, and IPC communication
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security best practices (e.g., HIPAA/DICOM/FHIR familiarity preferred)
  • Collaborate with product, QA, backend, and clinical SMEs
  • Provide mentorship, perform code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Participate in deployment, app signing, auto-update and packaging processes

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development (experience band 9-12 Years)
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, and Electron.js
  • Experience building and deploying cross-platform desktop apps (Windows/macOS/Linux)
  • Familiarity with Node.js, IPC, app signing, auto-updates, and packaging tools
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Candidate must have experience in handling a team (team lead/mentorship)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Immediate joiners only (notice period: immediate)
  • Background check required: No criminal record
  • English language proficiency
