About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Client Partners overseeing $50M+ in ARR
- Own GRR and NRR
- Define and run the QBR process for key accounts
- Build playbooks and processes for the team
- Track customer health across all accounts
- Serve as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts
- Drive thought leadership for Mindtickle in Customer Success
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to close the loop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Built a CS function from scratch
- Serviced enterprise customers at the CXO level
- Great with GRR, NRR, churn drivers
- Communicate with clarity and confidence
- Comfortable making decisions without a complete picture
- Nice to have: Building a Customer Success function at a high-growth SaaS company
