About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, test, and validate HL7 interfaces to ensure seamless integration with EMR and third-party systems
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders
Troubleshoot complex interface, networking, and communication issues involving Mindray devices and hospital systems
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to drive corrective actions and improve product performance
Document technical processes, interface specifications, and support resolutions
Represent the Service Department in cross-functional project teams for new and existing products
Manage assigned projects according to department schedules and provide timely progress updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, MIS/IS/IT, or related technical field
Experience with HL7 messaging standards (e.g., ORU, ADT, MDM) and EMR or interface engine integrations
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and network troubleshooting
Proficiency with Windows OS, system diagnostics, and general computer hardware troubleshooting
Experience with programming or scripting (Python preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Occasional travel required
