About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support material planning and inventory management activities for assigned product lines.
Create purchase requisitions based on MRP recommendations, forecasts, and customer demand.
Release and monitor purchase orders and internal stock transfer orders (ISTOs).
Release and track work orders to support production and customer requirements.
Coordinate disposition, rework, and purge activities for assigned products.
Communicate product availability, supply concerns, and potential risks to internal stakeholders.
Monitor inventory levels and support inventory reduction and optimization initiatives.
Maintain planning reports and ensure data accuracy within ERP systems.
Identify and escalate potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risks.
Participate in cross-functional meetings supporting assigned product lines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Planning and Supply Chain organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
2–4 years of experience in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
Desire to learn and develop expertise in planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
